I have a strange problem. LaTeX complains about the Angstrom sign whenever in a Hebrew paragraph.
This is the relevant .tex code:

100 $\textrm{�}$
\selectlanguage{hebrew}
\inputencoding{cp1255}
���� \L{100$\textrm{�}$}
\selectlanguage{english}
\end{document}
The first one is fine, but LaTeX complains about \textrm being undefined in the Hebrew paragraph.
The gibberish is "shalom" in Hebrew.
I have also enclosed my lyx example.
Can the Hebrew users check if this compiles?
My lyx is 1.2.1 with linux e-LaTeX version pi-2.1.
Can anyone tell me if this is a bug or what can I do to work around that?
