I have a couple of issues in a manuscript that uses 5 wide floats for tables and 3 wide floats for figures.
Issue #1, when I view as dvi, pdf or print, my tables get labeled 1,3,5,6,7 (instead of 1,2,3,4,5). Issue #2, possibly related... about 2/3 of my citations (formatted as hanging indents) print out together, then they are broken up by my first 2 wide table floats, then the rest of my citations, followed by the last 3 wide table floats, and then the figures. Why do those first 2 tables break up the citations like that? I want all the tables to print out together after the citations. Thanks, Kirk
