Quick'n'dirty:
\hangindent=2cm
\hangafter=1 % one line not indented
in front of each paragraph.
Somewhat better:
\def\mybibitem{\hangindent=2cm\hangafter=1 } once in ERT and \mybibitem
in ERT infront of each paragraph.
You could probably wrap this up into a real list environment but I don't
know how...
