RPM for RH 7.3

I just uploaded a i386.rpm for rh7.3 to ftp.lyx.org/incoming.  I took quite a
while to rebuild the source rpm on my ancient PII233, so hopefully this will
save someone else some time.  I compiled using

        RH 7.3
        GCC 2.96-113
        QT 3.0.5

These all conform to the latest official updates from Redhat.
