Here there dpkg-source expected the diff.gz with another size. The strange thing is, that i could complile the orig tuxfamily source complete on the same configuration and the same mashine that failed to compile the lyx dot org. The only change i made was changing the rules architecture from any to i386. I dont think this seemes to be relevant. I would like to compile the original lyx dot org. The version from the page above is a pre, which is announced as 1.2.2. Usage of the original could be more helpfull (correct me please if im wrong) for bugsearching.
The other question is, that i didnt got a qt version. The binary is about 5MB. But there is a point in the prefs that uses a file named default.ui. If this the thing to change the gui to qt, where i can get the dot.ui file from? I just wanted to see how lyx looks wearing qt;-).
