author-year citation lyx with bibtex

Hi!
I want a certain citation style like this:

In the text there must be: textextext (Author, Year)
In the reference at the end there should be: [Number] Author, Year, Chapter 
......


I am using bibtex and lyx 1.2.1 and in Layout/Document I can only chose 
between Author/Year or numeric citation concerning both, text and reference.
