I corrected the error, yes it was not a lyx error. I don't know why but when I installed gs it didn't install the dll gsdll32.dll in the bin directory of cgywin (even though I installed also with cgywin). I copied this dll from the gs directory and it worked out.

What happens if you export to .tex and run latex and dvips manually?
