Hello. I would like to add a new button to the LyX interface. I have found the file: /usr/share/lyx/ui/default.ui and it seems easy to make changes to that file, but how do I define what action to perform when the button is pressed? I would like the action to insert some LaTeX code, a figure, and then some more LaTeX code. How do I define that?
