Like others suggested, don't use lyxport, just print into a file.=20

In the lyx source code you published, change "\use_natbib 1" to
"\use_natbib 0" (line 71?). Or uncheck "Layout>Document>Bibliography
Use Natbib" (lyx-qt 1.3.2). Believe me it looks much better this way.
