caption formating

Hello!
I wonder howto obtain specyfic captions of figures/tables formating. 
Short exampe:

1. Currently:

Could any 'latex guru' tell me howto do it?
BTW. I'm running lyx 1.3.1 xforms GUI if this matters. Text, I'm working 
on, is article style.
