Ok. I descovered the problem. I was including in appendixes only graphics. There is difference in space in the bottom of Section title between article class and article-coma-script class. Because graphics are realy big it dosn't fit on page after changing class. Thats why empty page was inserted.
Anyway thans for sugestions
PS. Jurgen, can You point me to the documentation of coma-script class? I can't find this docs in my system.
