Where are they?

Hi guys,

I read the Introduction, the tutorial, the FAQ, etc...but I don't find where:

- Change the position of page number. It is at the top, and I want to put it at the 
bottom.

- When I create a list, LyX number:

        0.1 Introduction.

        0.2 Things.

and I want to numerate it:

        1. Introduction.
        
        2. Things.

Where is this option?
