I am currently using LyX 1.3.2 on FreeBSD 4.8 (installed on i386) I have a number of web references in my masters thesis bibliography. I created the bibliography using Bibtex. Two of the references contain tilda ie: http://foo.com/~bar, but when it prints out all I have is a blank space: http://foo.com/ bar
I tried modifying the reference to: http://foo.com/\~bar, but that changed the b (put the tilda over the top of the b, like some pronunciation thing) so then I tried : http://foo.com/\~\bar - to try and keep the b normal, but then I just got an error when I tried to view it. I am using a standard font (times or something generic like that), and my bib style is just a slight variation on apalike - I added my own section for referencing CDs. So my simple question is - how do I see the tilda as a normal tilda? Thanks in advance ;) ~~~~Tim~~~~ / All wiyht.
