Did you check 1.4cvs? Martin Vermeer has introduced a new kind of comment inset. Now, Comment is a collapsible inset like Note (i.e., it can contain other environments like chapter, quotation etc.). You can switch from one to another. Additionally, there's a Greyedout mode which prints the contents of the comment as greyed out text. Regards, Juergen.
