I just had a look, this seems to be some limitation imposed by LaTeX. I see this behaviour when creating empty section, but not idf the sections have 'content'. Looks like LaTeX fails to break the page and the 'superimposing' is due to integer wrap for the y coordinate. Andre' PS: Please don't top-post.
