Can someone tell me how I might go about getting the first line of the first paragraph in the abstract to indent? I have the indentfirst package in the preamble, but this affects all the paragraphs in my document except for the abstract. Is there some code I can enter in ERT at the beginning of the abstract?
it is the default for the article class. Otherwise put the the cursor in front of your paragraph and write in ERT (ctrl-L) \hspace*{\parindent}
