Is it possible to see the text flagged for an index entry on the main LyX
window? If there are a lot of indexed words then all we see are little
rectangles with "idx" on them. Makes reading the text an adventure in
interpolation. :-)
Or, do folks _not_ mark any text for indexing until the very last thing?
