  I was afraid someone would ask that and I'd have to go find it again. :-)
It is the fourth reference on a google search for 'latex symbols':

  There are now both pdf and ps copies in letter-size paper as well as a4
size paper. This past summer the selection was more limited.

  Anyway, I find it invaluable.
