The problem it is not prosper exclusive. I think it is relative to the generated postscript (but i am not an expert).
If you generate a landscape page, it must appear landscape in gv, even without -swap option. However you can see well, but rotated, or cutted in landscape mode. If you passthrough the postcript generated by lyx (by latex) by psnup, only to rotate, it looks OK with gv and kghostview. So, i think it is a problem in the postcript file. Thank you.
