APA running-head

Hi
I'm using lyx 1.2. I've typed a paper and now I must add a running 
haead to the title page.
I typed the document using the class{report}. The rev of lyx I have has 
no APA style or class.
I've been able to simulate the running head using the ERT command 
\markright{foo is good}\pagenumbering{Roman}. I've put that at the top 
of the document.
It looks good, works,  but it by passes the title page
