No. (apa.sty or apa.cls is the basis, apa.layout is just to make LyX understand/use it) > I don't see any cooresponding .cls or .sty files. Looking for apa in /usr/share/doc/texmf/help/Catalogue/entries/apa.html showed that the apa class can be found at ftp://ftp.dante.de/tex-archive/macros/latex/contrib/other/apa.tar.gz Download, follow the install instructions and after that reconfigure LyX.
