I installed under Windows the native win32 version. The only Problem is, that I write in German, the "commands" appeare in English, so Chapter 1 Beispieltext. This is not really good...; under Linux I have the german translation of lyx.
Is there a way to change this, something like a configuration variable?
Try to change the language of your document to German: Layout-->Document-->Language.
