You can already open several buffers in LyX. Switching between buffer has improved already but is still too tedious for my taste (I'd like to have M-1...M-9 to switch between buffers, now it is M-k 1 ... M-k 9) Buffer tabs would be one more step forward. Also, a split-window view is top on my request list. G�nter -- G.Milde at web.de
