I'm getting the errors below (latex logfile) when trying to convert a lyx file to pdf. The file is at www-student.cs.york.ac.uk/~pb139/project/writeup.lyx

I seem to get errors all the time when i add anything complex such as tables or bibliography to my lyx documents, and to be honest am considering using something else, as i cant waste my time debugging lyx. Am I doing something wrong, or does lyx play up a lot generally?

I've run across a `}' that doesn't seem to match anything.
For example, `\def\a#1{...}' and `\a}' would produce
this error. If you simply proceed now, the `\par' that
I've just inserted will cause me to report a runaway
argument that might be the root of the problem. But if
your `}' was spurious, just type `2' and it will go away.
