first - for a try - copy Your original - not changed - UserGuide.lyx anywhere
to Your HomeDir, then change - as the error-message said - "Ref
+Text:sec:crossref" to "Verweis:sec:crossref" on it, save, run dvi or
whatever You want.
To me it worked (whitout the figures of course since I didn't copy them too.)
If it works, You might change the original as root in Your Lyx-tree.
