I have to set the (picture-)size of a jpg image to 2 (instead of 20) in order to get 20 %text size, whereas the same eps image set to 20% gives the correct 20 %text size.

Or a peculiarity of jpg compression? I would prefer the jpg because of the much smaller kb-size, but fine-adjustment of the actual image size is difficult, since 2.5 is not taken but shown as 2 (instead of 25%text)
