I had usually the best results with exporting to HTML (which can 
be happily read by any Word newer than Word97 inclusive). But, 
you can try any latex2rtf and similar -- check the paralel 
thread about conversion from PostScript (which is actually about 
conversion from Word).

There is an unmaintained patch for it available on www.lyx.org 
(search "tracking change site:lyx.org" on Google), but I really 
do not think it is compatible with 1.3.3. It will be officially 
available in 1.4.0, but that it won't be available for a long 
time, I am afraid.
