I treid to open some rather old LyX files containing large tables with LyX 1.3.3, but apparently the lyx2lyx conversion script doesn't like them. Running from a terminal, I get the message

Mutex destroy failure: Das Ger�t oder die Ressource ist belegt
Any idea why this failes? Is tehre a way to open the file in e.g. emacs and remove the offending stuff? But how can I find it?
