Thank you, Ingar, Karsten and John! I was not aware that the extra braces
would prevent expansion of the initials and it does the job just fine.
Some of these references do not neatly fall in an available category. By
trial-and-error I was able to place in each citation the information I
needed, but not knowing how to avoid the expansion of the initials threw me.
