a problem with figure floats ...
I want the following ...

--- Page Break ---
figure float ... here if possible / because I want it here
... page of floats / because I want it centered verticaly
on the page

etc. ( repetition of the pattern )
the problem is that the vertical centering can only be done with page of
float ... but under this configuration although it is page of floats it
is placed at the top ...
when i do page of floats without the here if possible it places the
figures in various irellevant places and they are properly centered ...
so I can either get them centered ... or get them where I want them ...
the advice in :

does not really do anything !?!?!? and it f&^*s up my page breaks ...
if I take the page breaks off ... it places the page as page of floats
... which means god knows where ...
so how can I have a page of floats possitioned where I want it and
properly centered verticaly in the page ???
