_all_ LyX files must have the _same_ documentclass and
the preamble. Then you can edit and run every subfile as its own and all packages should work in a proper way.

I've now tried also this possibilty without success, the error messages are identical.
What can i test ?

Before uniformising everything, i had 13 errors, now i still have 8 left
I have no problems here with a master doc and an included one which uses \includepdf. Attached my demo files. The only improtant thing is that you have to use a full path for the included pdf.
change the name of the pdf in the example file and thewn run view->pdflatex
