Negative values in the BoundingBox are probably not a feature of the majority of .eps files, but they are certainly allowed. > p.s. I used pdflatex Then simply try to convert your .eps to .pdf. In some cases the .pdf is much smaller (in some not....). Also, a .eps -> .pdf -> .eps roundtrip sometimes shrinks the size. Andre'
