  Well, that's certainly a good question. If the images are in a directory
beneath that of the text I suppose that the relative paths will remain the
same. That is, if you open the document in /home/janus/ with the images in
/home/janus/images/, then you move the whole tree to /home/janus/foo/, the
images should then be found in /home/janus/foo/images/.

  Have you tried it just for giggles?
