Hi

Since I got tired of "crackers" adding stupid text to

        http://wiki.lyx.org/pmwiki.php/LyX/Welcome

you now need to enter the password 'lyx' in order to edit that particular
page. You should not need a password for editing any of the other pages.

PS. If you see a page that's been "cracked", just use the 'Page history'
link in the top right corner to restore it. You can also see look at that
page if you're curious of what the person added to the site (nothing that
made sense to me anyway), e.g.

        http://wiki.lyx.org/pmwiki.php/LyX/Welcome?action=diff

PPS. A spammer shouldn't be able to use text on the 'Page history' since
that page is marked as 'noindex, nofollow', meaning that google robots etc
should ignore its contents.
