I'll be happy to change things at http://wiki.lyx.org that normal users
can't do by themselves, but please send requests to the documentation
list, i.e.

The reason I mention this is that someone expressed a dislike for the
current logo (and gave a link to a new one, nice work!), by posting a
message in the sandbox...

The sandbox is mostly for new users to play around in, so I don't go there
very often and it wasn't until today that I noticed this request.
Anyway, I've changed the logo now (I hope it was a serious request :-). If
the new logo looks bad, let me know and I can change back again.
