I'm trying to get both the circled-R (for Registered) and TM (for Trade
Mark) to typeset properly. According to the LaTeX symbol guide, both
\textregistered and \texttrademark have a kludeged version and a textcomp
version that looks better.
So, in the book preamble I inserted '\usepackage{textcomp}'. However the
circled-R is still too low and the TM doesn't look any different than
before. Is this a function of display versus print appearance or have I not
used the pacakage and commands properly.
