If you use insert->Short Title in the figure caption, the text in the short title inset is put in the LOF while the text outside is printed below the figure. You could just copy the caption text without the citation in the inset (then the citation will not appear in the LOF). You might have to close/reopen the document to see the effect in the bibliography. J�rgen.
