I've got another question that I feel is easy to answer, but I simply can't figure out how to do it:
I want to insert an empty page in my lyx-document. I've tried \newpage and \clearpage, both don't have an effect.
Why would I want to do so? It's because of the page headings.
My document is double-sided. Title, table of contents, abstract, acknoledgements and so on make up an odd number of pages. In order to get TeX to put the left headings on even pages and right headings on odd pages I guess I'll have to put in an extra page right after the title. Besides the pagenumbering (roman for abstract, acknoledgements.... arabic from the first chapter on) is wrong.
Is there another way? Then again, I'd like an empty page after the title pretty much, having the first page on the right side if you start reading.
