Heya! it still does kompile and my huge TOC looks much better now. But i don't 
use the \rhead{\rightmark} command, because if i do the "Contents" appears 
sometimes and sometimes it does not. The TOC is at the End of the doc, so i 
use only \rhead{}.

i will check these out later. Since it works now, i'm allright with your 
solution (\rhead{} only), but to tune headers i will read these docs anyway
