I'm sorry if I didn't make myself clear. So you have the same problem, I guess?
Unfortunately, I would like to have the entire URL for the 'Name' in the link because this will be going to print. Without the entire URL, there is no way a reader will know where to go. I guess there isn't a solution to this problem as of yet. Perhaps I will have to keep the URL as standard text and put the link somewhere else (for those that are using the electronic copy).
