I'd vote to leave a note about the ordering of the path on the Wiki. Even if the Image Magick installer does put its bin at the front of the path, I'm not sure we can trust installers for other Windows programs not to foul the ordering (or, for that matter, trust service packs not to put the Win system directories at the front of the path). On some machines, I seem to get two mentions of the same Win system directories on the path. Besides, nothing about Windoze should inspire trust. :-)
