Both lines are marked by #ES#

1. The line that invokes sed:
sed -f chkconfig.sed ${srcdir}/doc/LaTeXConfig.lyx.in >doc/LaTeXConfig.lyx

2. the command that deletes chkconfig.sed (because this file is used later by my
config.bat and then deleted:
rm -f chkconfig.sed
