I would just like to explain the "procedure" I recommend for creating a
new page in the LyX wiki - it's quite simple :-)
* Create the new page
* Edit the page 'PageList' and add an entry that describes the new page
The 'PageList' is what makes it possible to "step" through all pages in a
group of pages by clicking on the links just below the search field.
(There is one 'PageList' in each group of wiki pages).
And if you've never heard of the LyX wiki before, it's a collection of web
pages that everyone can edit and add text to. It is located here:
http://wiki.lyx.org
The "secret" password that is required to edit pages is simply "LyX" and
you can enter whatever username you like.
