Found yet another quirk while importing LaTeX:
in \lyx\bin\reLyX.bat you really need to change all ~p0 to ~dp0 again, like in the old 1.3.3 configure.bat; it might not be absolutely necessary, but it's better to be safe if you're running across different partitions?
With the addition of \lyx\share\lyx\lyx2lyx\lyx2lyx.cmd as per the Wiki, the importing works mostly OK on Windows (the *.relyx1 file doesn't get cleaned up though, but the others do?!)
