Yes, I did read that page. At least, I read the Tips & Tricks page on the
ToC.
BTW, you can add room for exactly one additional line to a page with
\enlargethispage{\baselineskip}.
This was what I tried to use, but I could not work out where to place it.
It needs to be within the ToC; do I add it to the *.toc file before the last
item? I could not find the appropriate place in the .lyx document.
