Thanks for your answer.
Appears that this method not resolved my problem.
In text, normally, noun names first appears in this
format: Name, Second Name, Last Name. Then, in the
next time he appears in the section, only Last Name is
writen.
In Index appears Last Name, (,) First Name, Second
Name.
