The bibtex documentation (btxdoc.dvi) suggests (in it's last section)

autor = {van den Berg, Paul}

In tkbibtex just put the part betwenn the {} in the author field.

Use the "and" keyword provided by BibTeX in the author field:

    van den Berg, Paul and Minchow, Jean Marc
    
should do.
