Hi all,

You probably already know this, but just in case you don't, I'll save you the 
headaches I had when I didn't know it. Using cross reference type 
"<reference> on page <page>" prints page information ONLY if the referenced 
figure is on a different page. It makes a lot of sense, but I didn't realize 
that and put in double references in a lot of places, figuring that 
"<reference> on page <page>" was intermittent.

Learn by my mistakes :-)
