I can't use a CTRL + return into an array cell in order to add a new line. Could you tell me if it's possible to get much more one line into an array cell?

Not entirely sure what you mean. If you're trying to get something like this
| b a | | c ----- d | e
in an array, you can just insert a 2x1 array in the upper right cell of a 2x2 array.
