That is not possible with 1.3.x but it will be possible as soon as we release 1.4.0. LyX has support for logical character styles that do exactly this. IIRC we have filename, email, firstname, surname and others. The syntax is really easy and I will welcome contributions to add more of those to the distribution. ... > Thank you. -- Josà AbÃlio
